Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward after a motorcyclist injured himself having lost control on a roundabout in Suffolk.

The biker’s red Yamaha was also damaged in the crash, which happened just before 11am yesterday on the A14 Copdock roundabout near the exit for the A1214.

Police are keen to speak to the driver of a silver BMW, thought to have a “W” registration plate, who may have witnessed the accident. The BMW was seen heading off towards Felixstowe on the eastbound carriageway of the A14 afterwards.
