Traffic was brought to a standstill in Ipswich town centre after two vehicles collided at rush-hour.
Emergency services were called to the crash between a Honda car and a moped in Sir Alf Ramsey Way at 5.41pm.
A spokeswoman for Suffolk Constabulary said paramedics attended the scene but there were no serious injuries and no one was taken to hospital.
Drivers reported gridlock in the area.
