A crash in Yarmouth Road in Ipswich left a car wedged under a lorry.
It happened around 4.15pm and left the road and nearby junction at the Mermaid pub completely blocked.
However a police spokesman said there had been no serious injuries as a result of the crash.
The road is now believed to have reopened.
