A kitchen fire at a home in Fletcher Road, Ipswich was put out by crews earlier today.
Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service was called to a semi-detached property in the street at around 8.45am.
Appliances from Ipswich East and Princes Street attended. A fire spokesman said: “This was a semi-detached two storey house, fire in kitchen area of house which was under control at 9.07am. Four breathing apparatus and two hose reels were used to extinguish the fire.”
