CREWS were called to attend several fires in the region overnight.

CREWS were called to attend several fires in the region overnight.

At 23.45pm, two engines from Yarmouth attended an abandoned caravan fire opposite Tesco, in Highmill Road, Yarmouth.

At about 12.20am, a Sudbury fire crew put out undergrowth and bushes that were alight in an alleyway, off Hillside Road, Sudbury.

The fire also caused damage to a nearby vehicle.

At 1.45am, one engine from Ipswich headquarters was called to a fence fire on Lindbergh Road, Ipswich. The small fire was under control by 1.47am.
