PARAMEDICS were tonight treating a 60-year-old cyclist after he was in collision with a car in Ipswich.
A CYCLIST in her 60s was taken to hospital tonight after she was in collision with a car in Ipswich.
The incident happened in Defoe Road, near the junction with Fircroft Road, at about 8.05pm.
Police closed part of the road while paramedics tended to the woman.
A spokesman for Suffolk police said she did not sustain serious injuries, but was taken to Ipswich Hospital as a precaution.
The road had re-opened by about 9pm.
