Paramedics have treated a man who police believe fell from his bike during a crash with a car in Felixstowe this afternoon.
Emergency crews were sent to Bent Hill, close to its junction with Undercliff Road West on the town’s seafront, shortly before 12.55pm today.
The cyclist, a man, was hurt but his injuries are not thought to be serious at this time.
A police spokeswoman said: “At the moment it looks as though the cyclist fell from his bike during the collision.
“Ambulance crews arrived shortly after we did and treated the man for what looks like minor injuries.
“His injuries are not thought to be serious or life-threatening.”
Elsewhere in the county, ambulance crews treated a woman for minor injuries suffered when her car came off the road in Lakenheath.
Witnesses to the crash and anyone with information should call police on 101 quoting incident number CAD 179 of today, November 15.
