A CYCLIST was found lying in a Suffolk road with serious head injuries today.
The 60-year-old man was discovered in Beech Paddocks in Hessett at around 4.30pm.
An ambulance took the man, who had been riding a motorised pedal cycle, to West Suffolk Hospital while the road was closed as police made initial examinations at the scene.
It is unclear whether another vehicle was involved in the accident.
