Cyclist sustains minor injuries during car crash on St Augustine’s roundabout in Ipswich
A female cyclist has been taken to hospital after colliding with a car in Ipswich.
Suffolk police were alerted to the crash on the St Augustine’s roundabout at 7.30am.
The cyclist, aged in her 40s, was taken to Ipswich Hospital for further treatment.
An ambulance spokesman said her injuries were not believed to be life-threatening or serious.
The male driver of the Audi A3 was not injured in the crash, a police spokesman said.
The road was clear by 8.30am.
