A DECISION is expected tomorrow about a scheme to build nine houses with ground floor office space and three flats with ground floor workshops on the site of a former boatyard at Shotley Marina.
A petition has been compiled containing 150 signatures against the proposal, which will be discussed by Babergh District Council's development committee.
The committee is being recommended to grant planning permission on condition the Marina first upgrades King Edward VII Drive. But opponents want the land used for a children's play area, dinghy park and turning area.
