THE daughter of a man who went missing four weeks ago has today made an impassioned plea for him to get in touch.

Neil Parnell, 59, left his home in Mile End, Brandon, on August 10 and has not been seen since.

It is believed Neil has travelled to the Great Yarmouth and Hemsby area of Norfolk and police are trying to locate him there.

His daughter Gemma said: “Dad, please get in touch with me or the police urgently, I'm worried for your safety and well-being.

Don't worry about anything, we can help you.

“Dad likes to go to coffee shops and cosy pubs and can often be found sitting quietly in the corner.

“He also likes to go to places which have music playing. He has stayed in bed and breakfast and caravans on the coast before, but it is unusual for him not to respond to any texts or phone calls.

“Dad, I love you to bits and I want to know how you are. Please call.”

He is white, 5ft 8/9in tall, of medium build with short greying hair which is bald on top and blue eyes. He is a smoker.

Anyone who has seen Mr Parnell or who has been in contact with him should call Mildenhall Police on 01473 613500 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
