Children of Springfield Junior School had a fun filled day when they put on their own version of It’s a Knockout in 1991 - have we pictured you in this gallery?
The tournament was based on the It’s a Knockout TV programme, which first aired on our screens back in 1966 featuring various challenges to test skill and strength.
The concept of the much loved show was soon taken on by people up and down the country and many put on their own It’s a Knockout-style games using whatever they could find as obstacles.
The children from Springfield Junior School in Ipswich were among those to stage their own contest, using hoops, balls and egg and spoons to create their own challenges to compete in.
Do you remember taking part in the It’s a Knockout competition at Springfield Junior School in 1991, or can you spot anyone you recognise in these pictures?
