Two badgers found dead on the A14 caused minor disruption for early morning commuters today.
Police said they received reports at 5.50am that four dead badgers were causing “cars to swerve” on the A14 eastbound in the Sproughton area near the A1156 junction.
On arrival, officers found two dead badgers and an injured fox which later died.
The animals had been moved off the carriageway by 6.20am.
The Highways Agency were called to remove the animals from the scene.
