POLICE have named the driver of a car who was killed when it left the road and crashed into a hedge.Michael Francis, 44, of Winchester Way, Ipswich, was driving a Ford Mondeo along the A137 at Wherstead near the junction of Valley Lane when it left the road on Tuesday night.

Michael Francis, 44, of Winchester Way, Ipswich, was driving a Ford Mondeo along the A137 at Wherstead near the junction of Valley Lane when it left the road on Tuesday night.
No other vehicles were involved in the accident.
Mr Francis, who was the only person in the car at the time was taken to Ipswich Hospital but was certified dead on arrival.
The cause of the accident is unknown but accident investigators have launched an inquiry.
