SUFFOLK police today released the identity of the 23-year-old van driver who died when his vehicle hit a tree at the junction of the A134 and B1071 in Preston St Mary just after 6.10am yesterday.
William Hatch, of Bolton Street, Lavenham, was the 32nd person to die on Suffolk's roads this year.
