A POST mortem investigation will take place today after a workman cutting grass found a man's badly-decomposed body in Lowestoft woodland.
Council worker Adrian Charlton was using a strimmer on verges by the side of London Road in Pakefield, near Lowestoft, when he made the shock discovery at about 11.20am yesterday.
After alerting one of his colleagues, the pair flagged down a passing van driver and used his mobile to dial 999.
Police sealed off the area, by a busy main road, and a home office pathologist was also called to examine the body at the scene.
