DRIVERS heading into Norwich today faced delays after a two-car crash.
Emergency services were called to the A47 southern bypass at its junction with A146 just outside the city at shortly before 7am.
One man had to be cut free from his vehicle by firefighters following the accident which caused major delays for motorists.
