RUSH hour traffic around Colchester was disrupted this morning after a crash on the A12 left drivers facing delays.A three-car collision left one lane blocked on the northbound side of the dual carriageway at about 7.20am.
RUSH hour traffic around Colchester was disrupted this morning after a crash on the A12 left drivers facing delays.
A three-car collision left one lane blocked on the northbound side of the dual carriageway at about 7.20am on Spring Lane near the Eight Ash Green and Tollgate junction.
Congestion at the junction's roundabout was also generating tailbacks along the southbound side of the carriageway.
Nobody was injured in the crash, which involved a red Ford Mondeo, a silver Volkswagen Bora and a white Vauxhall combo van, and a spokesman for Stanway Road Policing Unit said traffic was now returning to normal.
