MOTORISTS using the A134 are expected to face delays today following an accident.
Two cars, a silver Toyota Avensis and a grey Audi 80, collided head-on at about 6.40am, causing one vehicle to set on fire.
Firefighters, paramedics and police attended the scene on the A134 between the Cocks Green Lane junction and the Stanningfield Road junction in Bradfield Combust, near Bury St Edmunds.
Two people were released from vehicles before the three fire crews from Bury St Edmunds arrived. The crews extinguished flames from the car.
Two people were taken to West Suffolk Hospital but they are not thought to be in a life-threatening condition.
The vehicles have been recovered and the road is now reopened.
