A cyclist is being treated for minor injuries after a collision with a car on Fore Hamlet, Ipswich.
Police were alerted to the crash involving a Skoda Rapid shortly before 8am.
Officers and paramedics are now on scene, which is causing traffic delays.
A police spokesman said the cyclist was not seriously harmed.
