IPSWICH dentist Dr Codrin Tocca is set to put a smile on one of the guests at this year's Ipswich and Suffolk Press Ball by offering a sparkling prize - a new smile.

The prize includes teeth whitening sessions and a full MoT for the mouth - up to the value of £1,000 - at the Lighthouse Dental Practice in High street, Ipswich.

Dr Tocca of the Lighthouse Dental Practice said: “We are delighted to support the Ipswich and Suffolk Press Ball. I hope our auction prize goes well and raises a lot of money for both causes.

“We also look forward to handing over even more money on the night, as a result of anyone booking teeth whitening or having a new patient consultation as a result of this article.”

Dr Tocca has also pledged to give £20 to the evening for any who calls for a new patient consultation or books teeth whitening treatment.

The new patient service includes any x-rays and will then inform the patient as to their need for dental treatments.

Since the inaugural ball in 1997 the press ball has raised thousands for charity and this year the Press Ball organising committee has chosen the Cystic Fibrosis Trust and Disability Care Enterprise as the 2008 beneficiaries.

Held at the Hotel Elizabeth, Copdock, on Friday, June 20, music and dancing will be followed by an auction and tombola with prizes donated by a number of businesses and organisations.

With this year's Champagne Ball theme and legendary group The Original Buck's Fizz, the Press Ball is expected to be the last word in luxury and sophistication.

Regularly and strongly supported by the county's business community, the Press Ball is once again sponsored by Ipswich firm Call Connection.

The Lighthouse dental practice provides general dental services focusing on quality, durability and a friendly professional approach. They are located at 34 High Street, Ipswich.

The practice philosophy is to help patients to reach and enjoy long-term dental health. For more information visit www.lighthousedentalpractice.co.uk
