Whilst some students absolutely hated running around the school field during their PE lessons, others relished in the task and happily walked, skipped or ran the Chantry Fun Run.
These Chantry High School pupils from 1995 look as though they’re having an excellent time, as they undertake the challenge in a wide variety of handmade costumes, complete with some comical expressions to match.
Everything from a pack of playing cards and scarecrows to a group of hippies channelling the 1960s can be seen making their way around the field.
The school on Mallard Way in Ipswich, which opened open since September 1962, is now called Chantry Academy and has around 750 pupils.
