HARWICH lifeboat and a rescue helicopter were called out after a young boy in a dinghy drifted out into water on the River Orwell.
The incident happened at 11.41am yesterday at Pin Mill and the boy's relatives managed to bring the dinghy into shore before any of the rescue teams arrived on scene.
