IN relation to a court case published on this website and in The Evening Star, involving Malcom Shiress, it was incorrectly reported that his dog Kacey had allegedly attacked the leg of a Mr Phillips.
IN relation to a court case published on this website and in The Evening Star, involving Malcom Shiress, it was incorrectly reported that his dog Kacey had allegedly attacked the leg of a Mr Phillips.
It should have read that it was alleged the dog had attacked Mr Phillips' dog's leg and not Mr Phillips' leg. We apologise for any distress this may have caused.
