FIREFIGHTERS were called to a home in Myrtle Road, Ipswich, after reports of a washing machine fire.
A crew from Princes Street and another from Colchester Road attended the incident at 9.46am today.
They found a small fire in a washing machine and removed the appliance outside by 9.54am.
