A RECOVERY truck driver was killed as he tried to help a broken-down motorist.
The 58-year-old died when a vehicle was involved in a collision with his truck and the broken-down Peugeot 309 he was trying to help.
The tragedy happened at 11.45pm last night on the A31 at Poulner Hill in Hampshire.
A 61-year-old woman has been arrested in connection with the incident.
