A MAJOR crash on the A14 left one person dead after their car burst into flames on the carriageway.The accident happened, between a car and a lorry, on the road between Bury St Edmunds sugar beet factory and Westley, at around 3.10am.

The accident happened, between a car and a lorry, on the road between Bury St Edmunds sugar beet factory and Westley, at around 3.10am today.

Drivers were expected to face long delays in both directions this morning while police carried out their investigations and removed the vehicles.
