REGIONAL train operator Greater Anglia and tourism promotion body Visit East Anglia have teamed up to launch a new package of discounts for tourists and visitors.

Two new brochures, Explore East Anglia and Experience East Anglia, contain vouchers which, in conjunction with a valid train ticket, offer spring-time savings on accommodation, restaurants, visitor attractions and shopping around Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire and Norfolk.

Both publications are available free at railway stations, and vouchers can also be downloaded from the train company’s website, at www.greateranglia.co.uk .

The promotion aims to provide an early-season boost to tourism, a key element within the East Anglian economy, and to make rail travel a more attractive and affordable option for visitors.
