The campaign was launched earlier this year at the Suffolk Show and aims to encourage people and businesses to think more about the environment in their everyday lives.
Representatives from businesses, schools, and other groups will be at the meeting to discuss what can be done to reduce carbon emissions in the county and make it a more sustainable area to live in.
Former environment ministers John Gummer and Michael Meacher were due to be joined by more than 200 delegates.
