Suffolk police release Efit of a man wanted in connection with a stalking

Police have released an Efit image of a man connected with the stalking of a teenage girl in Ipswich.

On March 16, the girl had been walking along Grimwade Street when she was followed by the man along Rope Walk and Bond Street.

Then on April 4, the man was seen staring at her through a window of a shop on Felixstowe Road.

On April 11, the man approached her in Felixstowe Road, ran towards her and spoke to her before she managed to get away from him.

He is described as white with a tanned complexion, possibly aged in his 50s, of slim build, with dark brown hair that is greying, scruffy and shorter at the sides than on the top.

He also had stubble and thick dark eyebrows and wore a burgundy/ red coloured jacket.

Police are asking the man concerned or anyone who knows who he is to contact Pc Hayley Debbage at Ipswich South East Safer Neighbourhood Team by calling 101 and quoting crime reference IE/15/1147.
