A MAN in his 70s was today pronounced dead at the scene of a one-car smash.The man, who was from the Haverhill area, was driving a green Daewoo Lanos when it was in collision with a tree.

The man, who was from the Haverhill area, was driving a green Daewoo Lanos when it was in collision with a tree.
The collision, which occurred at about 11.30am in Coupals Road, Haverhill, resulted in the road being closed for several hours.
