The winners of Westbourne Library’s summer-long photography competition have been announced.
Shine a Light on North West Ipswich was aimed at encouraging young photographers to submit pictures of the area.
The overall winner was Elliott Frost, 17, who won a digital camera for his picture of daffodils in a local park.
In second place was Emma Moore, who took a ‘keep out’ photo of Broomhill Pool and in third place was Ella MaCartney, 11, who took a photograph of Broomhill Park. Ella and Emma were awarded £10 gift vouchers.
The competition was judged by a professional photographer and was supported by the Friends of the Westbourne Library.
