Emergency services attended an incident at Portman Road in Ipswich after a collision between a cyclist and a car.
Police were called at 5.15pm to the accident, which involved an Audi and a cyclist.
The East of England Ambulance sent an ambulance crew and rapid response vehicle to the scene.
A spokeswoman for Suffolk police said the cyclist suffered cuts and bruises and the road was cleared at 6.47pm.
