Emergency services were called to Bolton Lane near Christchurch Park in Ipswich in the evening rush hour after reports of a suspected heart attack.
Suffolk Constabulary confirmed they were called to Bolton Lane, near the St Margaret’s Green junction, shortly before 6pm to reports that someone had suffered a suspected heart attack.
Police closed off the area for a short time during the incident, according to reports
The fire service was called to an unnamed incident in Bolton Lane at 5.51pm and had left the scene by 6.19pm.
When contacted again, police said they were unable to provide any updates by confirmed they had also left the scene by 6.50pm.
The East of England Ambulance Service Trust was also called to the scene.
