IPSWICH: She is an inspiration to all.

That was the response of Star readers left amazed by Emma King's, mammoth weight loss.

On Tuesday, we revealed how the fitness addict became almost half the woman she used to be, after she lost an amazing seven and a half stones in one year.

After giving birth to a son two years ago, Emma saw her weight rise and rise - reaching 17 stones 13 lb at its height.

Her bravery, determination and personal heartbreak led to her transformation from being an 18 to 20 dress size … to a fantastic size 10.

She now looks and feels incredible - and our readers completely agree.

Many online readers were left stunned and inspired by Emma's transformation, which was done with virtually no change in her diet.

Emma, of Hogarth Road, today told the Star that she was delighted to have had an impact on people wanting to lose weight.

She said: “I think it's great that other people are inspired and thinking about getting into shape. I know a lot of other people who have struggled to lose weight and a lot of people tend to think that they need to do all these diets to lose weight - and they don't. I firmly believe that it's all about keeping fit and active.”
