This year we are searching for the cutest pet in Ipswich with our Pet Idol competition.

Whether your pet is large or small, furry or feathery – we would like to see your pet pictures.

We will then print as many pictures as possible in a special feature in the Ipswich Star and readers will be able to vote for their favourite pet.

And that’s not all. To celebrate national pet month we have a super prize on offer for our winning pet and their owner.

Herbert Woods, of Potter Heigham, specialise in Norfolk Broads boating holidays and are offering the pet, with the most votes, and its owners a short break for up to four people on board Supreme Light.

The short break can be either a three-night weekend break or a four-night midweek trip and must be taken before October 31, 2016. Excludes peak price bands.

Closing date for entries is April 30, 2016.
