A WOMAN has died today following a car crash in Essex.
The woman in her thirties was involved in a single-vehicle crash on the A1245 near Rayleigh at about 1am when her black Peugeot 308 collided with hedgerow.
The woman, from the Southend area, was taken to hospital but later died.
