POLICE have today named a 45-year-old woman who died after being struck by a car as she pushed her bicycle across a road in Essex.Lesley Mansell, from Eastwood, suffered fatal injuries when she was in collision with a BMW as she crossed the A127 in Leigh-on-Sea at 7.
POLICE have today named a 45-year-old woman who died after being struck by a car as she pushed her bicycle across a road in Essex.
Lesley Mansell, from Eastwood, suffered fatal injuries when she was in collision with a BMW as she crossed the A127 in Leigh-on-Sea at 7.18pm on Friday .
The 25-year-old driver of the car was arrested at the scene and later released on police bail.
