POLICE have today been granted a further 12 hours to question a man arrested in connection with the death of a man gunned down in an Ipswich nightclub.
POLICE have today been granted a further 12 hours to question a man arrested in connection with the death of a man gunned down in an Ipswich nightclub.
The man was arrested in Cardiff on Friday afternoon on suspicion of murdering 24-year-old Londoner, Jimoh Plunkett at Zest nightclub in December.
Mr Plunkett, who lived in the New Cross area of London was shot in the chest in the early hours of December 9 and was found lying outside the club at 2.15am.
A 30-year-old man was arrested in Wales in connection with the death and is currently been questioned by Suffolk police.
A police spokeswoman said that a superintendent had granted a further 12 hours to question the man who remains in custody.
