A MISSING teenager is being urged to contact Ipswich police to reassure them he is safe and well.

Kieron Lambe, 14, of Southend, was reported missing by his mother on the evening of June 20 when he failed to return home after a weekend with his family in Ipswich.

A spokeswoman for Suffolk police said Kieron's family live in South East Ipswich and he could be in that area.

She said: "We are concerned for him. At 14 he is vulnerable and it is important we hear from him that all is well."

Kieron has made contact with his family but it is unknown where he is currently staying.

He is described as white, 5ft 8, with very short brown hair.

He was last seen wearing an England Football shirt with Beckham and the number 7 on the back.

Kieron or anyone who knows where he is should call the duty sergeant at Ipswich police station on 01473 613500.
