POLICE today issued an urgent appeal for information about a father and his 15-year-old daughter who have gone missing.Officers from Suffolk police are searching for David Griffiths, 40, and his daughter Krystal McNulty, 15, who were last seen yesterday.

POLICE today issued an urgent appeal for information about a father and his 15-year-old daughter who have gone missing.

Officers from Suffolk police are searching for David Griffiths, 40, and his daughter Krystal McNulty, 15, who were last seen yesterday.

Suffolk police said it was concerned for the safety of the pair.

Krystal was last seen around 9.30am when she left an address in Ipswich to return home. It is thought she then met up with Mr Griffiths and the two left Suffolk in a black Saab car, registration M250 MYN.

Police said it is thought they may have headed to Kent or further afield as there was a sighting of the car at the Dartford Crossing at 1.40pm yesterday.

Mr Griffiths is described as white with a tanned complexion, 5ft 9in tall, of slim build, with short haven dark brown hair and brown eyes. He has a small tattoo of a cross on his forehead and a teardrop tattoo close to his eye.

Krystal is described as white, 5ft 1in tall, of medium build, with long light brown wavy hair and blue eyes.

Police said there was concern for both Krystal and Mr Griffiths safety and police are asking them or anyone who may have seen them or the vehicle to contact Suffolk police on 01473 613500 or 999 if appropriate.
