POLICE are becoming increasingly concerned for a missing 72-year-old from Stowmarket.Joseph Holt, of Hunt Close, was last seen at about 11am yesterday in Stowmarket town centre.
POLICE are becoming increasingly concerned for a missing 72-year-old from Stowmarket.
Joseph Holt, of Hunt Close, was last seen at about 11am yesterday in Stowmarket town centre.
His family and police are keen to trace him to ensure his well-being.
Pc David Stansfield said: "Mr Holt was said to be a bit down when he left his house at 10am on June 2 and it's very out of character for him to disappear without telling people where he is going.
"We're therefore keen to trace him and ensure he's safe and well."
Mr Holt is described as white, about 5ft3ins tall, very slight build, almost bald but with some grey hair and a ruddy complexion. When he was last seen he was wearing a grey suit and a white shirt.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call Stowmarket police station on 01284 774100.
