COASTGUARDS in Felixstowe were called to the aid of a speed boat which had run aground in the river Deben.The six-metre speedboat had four people on board and had run aground at Horse Sand.
COASTGUARDS in Felixstowe were called to the aid of a speed boat which had run aground in the river Deben.
The six-metre speedboat had four people on board and had run aground at Horse Sand.
Felixstowe Coast Patrol's boat Volunteer towed the vessel to Felixstowe Ferry where they were met by coastguards and given safety advice.
The incident happened at around 3.40pm on Saturday and the boat was recovered by 5.20pm
