A Felixstowe driver has lost his licence after being clocked travelling at 125mph in his BMW on the A14.
Edgaras Narkus, of Coastguard Walk, was disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending when he appeared at West Suffolk Magistrates’ Court in Bury St Edmunds.
The 29-year-old had pleaded guilty at a previous hearing earlier this month.
Narkus was in a BMW 520 when he committed the offence at Stowmarket.
He was caught by a camera in a police vehicle shortly after 9am on February 28.
In addition to his ban magistrates fined Narkus £165 and ordered him to pay £85.
He must also pay £30 to the victims’ fund.
