SIL Senior Division leaders Felixstowe Harpers United put their unbeaten run on the line on Saturday when they make a tough-looking trip to Wenhaston United.

Peter Gorham’s side have yet to lose in the league this season, winning four and drawing one game, but come up against the division’s third-placed team, who have won their last four games, against Ransomes Sports, Capel Plough, Crane Sports and Benhall St Mary.

Second-placed Achilles are in Suffolk Senior Cup action at home to Framlingham Town of the Thurlow Nunn Premier, meaning Bramford in fourth could close the gap on Luke Hillyard’s side to one point with a win at second-bottom Westerfield.

Elsewhere tomorrow, Capel Plough in 11th host new-boys AFC Hoxne, improving Coplestonians entertain Benhall St Mary, Cranes got to East Bergholt United, Grundisburgh visit Haughley United and last season’s champions, Henley Athletic, host bottom side Ransomes.
