Seasonal delights by the Waterfront

There is plenty of festive fun and music at St Peter’s By The Waterfront over the coming weeks.

This Saturday, November 28, is the St Peter’s Band winter concert, directed by Paul Buckley.

It features the Ipswich Hospital Traing Band and guests.

Then next Saturday, December 5 is the return of jazz with singer/songwriter Zoe Gilby and her band, part of the Jazz at the Waterfront season.

Zoe’s range is from her own compositions through to familiar contemporary sounds from Kate Bush to Pink Floyd.

She writes her own songs with husband, and double bass player, Andy Champion.

Tickets are now on sale.

Then on Sunday December 6 there is a concert by the Suffolk Soul Singers and Friends.

The following Tuesday, December 8, is Christmas Pops and Seasonal Delights.

Slightly further ahead, on December 19, is the return of Kevin Pearce and his full band, supported by Izzy’s Daughter, two bands who played here in Ipswich earlier in the year.
