FIREFIGHTERS from Woodbridge and Orford tackled a fire at the waste recycling plant at Hollesley Bay prison.
A cardboard shredding machine, which was in the recycling plant, caught fire at about 4.55am today.
It is thought the small fire was caused by a mechanical fault.
The incident was over by 5.55am.
