Fire crews tackle bedroom blaze

FIRE crews were called to tackle a bedroom fire in an Ipswich house today.

Two fire engines were sent to the blaze in Rosehill Road at around 11.30am.

Two fire engines were sent to the blaze in Rosehill Road at around 11.30am.

The whole of the first floor was heavily smoke-logged and the room was well alight.

Breathing apparatus was needed by fire fighters who brought the blaze under control within around 30 minutes.
