FIRE crews were called to an Ipswich road after a hedge caught light.The fire broke out in Ashcroft Road at around 2.35pm today and was out by 2.55pm.

The fire broke out in Ashcroft Road at around 2.35pm today and was out by 2.55pm.

A spokesman for the fire service described the fire as “accidental” and said it was not being linked to a spate of suspicious fires which happened in the north east of Ipswich overnight.
