FIREFIGHTERS were called when a blaze took hold of a shed in the north of Ipswich.Crews took around 20 minutes to put out the shed fire in Thurleston Lane at around 10pm yesterday.
FIREFIGHTERS were called when a blaze took hold of a shed in the north of Ipswich.
Crews took around 20 minutes to put out the shed fire in Thurleston Lane at around 10pm yesterday.
The fire was well alight when the crews reached the scene and they used two hose reels to bring it under control by 10.12pm.
Earlier in the day crews from Princes Street fire station were called to a flat in Kitchener Road to tackle a chip pan fire.
The blaze started at 4.30pm yesterday and was attended by two fire crews.
